Onboardbase at Hacktoberfest 2023

​We are thrilled to announce our participation in Hacktoberfest this October!!!

As Hacktoberfest celebrates its tenth anniversary, we extend a warm invitation to you to contribute to Onboardbase’s open-source projects during this exciting event.

Hacktoberfest provides an excellent opportunity for both newcomers and intermediate open-source enthusiasts to learn about contributing to open source. It’s a fantastic chance to acquire new skills, both technical and interpersonal, and to deepen your experience in the domains of security and collaboration within Onboardbase.

Here’s how you can get started and make the most of Hacktoberfest: ​

• Register: Sign up anytime between September 26 and October 31 on the Hacktoberfest website.

• Contribute: Make pull requests to any of our participating Github projects, such as secure-log or global-env. Look for the “hacktoberfest” labels on these projects.

• PR Acceptance: For your pull requests to count towards your Hacktoberfest total, project maintainers must accept them.

• Digital Rewards: Hacktoberfest sponsors have replaced the free t-shirt reward with the option to plant a tree through Tree Nation for participants who complete 4 PRs. This year, the first 50,000 participants to complete their first PR will have a tree purchased on their behalf.
